Amanda Holland

As Co-Founder and Head of Screening at Tango Check Ltd Ltd, Amanda brings over 20 years of experience in ID vetting and compliance across aviation, banking, and government sectors.

Specialising in Airside ID Pass applications, Amanda’s role focuses on operational delivery and compliance standards, designing and maintaining the processes that have helped Tango Check Ltd achieve 100% pass rates for multiple clients.

Toby Aylett

As Co-Founder and Director at Tango Check Ltd Ltd., Toby brings 14 years of experience in regulated industries, underpinned by a background in the Army, where he served 8 years in an infantry reconnaissance platoon, reaching the rank of Lance Corporal and completing tours in Bosnia and Iraq, earning a Joint Chiefs of Staff Commendation for exceptional service.

Toby’s role focuses on strategic development and team building, acting as a trusted sounding board for our operational team.
